Founder of Vital Skills First Aid Training. Im a certified first aid trainer and early years teacher with a passion for helping others gain essential life-saving skills. With 20 years of experience in education and training. I understand how to make first aid training practical, engaging and relevant for every learner.

Emergency first aid at work 1 Day Course
This course covers essential skills for workplace emergencies, including CPR, choking, and managing minor injuries.
First aid at work 3 Day course
A comprehensive three-day course for individuals needing a deeper understanding of first aid for their workplace.
Paediatric first aid 2 Day Course
Designed for those who work with children, covering illnesses and injuries specific to infants and young children.
Basic life support and AED- 3 Hour Course
Essential skills for dealing with cardiac arrest, including effective CPR and safe use of an AED.
