We offer convenient ways to secure your place on our life-saving courses. Booking and payment are designed to be hassle-free, allowing you to focus on gaining vital skills.
Cancellation and refund policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your course booking, please note that £100 of the course fee is non-refundable unless you rebook onto an alternative date. We recommend checking your availability carefully before confirming your booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date will require full payment of the course fee.
